Meditation is one of my favourite wellness tools and having a regular mindfulness practice has led to HUGE positive changes for my mind, body and soul. Meditation is available to everyone regardless of age, health status, religious background, experience and so on. You can do it anytime, anywhere. It doesn't cost anything yet the payoff is incredible.
